Calli
Best Female 2004 National Specialty
Best of Breed, Apple Valley Rat Terrier Club Multi-Breed Show, 2004, Enfield, CT.
Calli is the foundation dog for our kennel. She is an amazingly complex and deep dog, loyal without question while at the same time independent and strong-willed. She rules the roost at our house, keeping everyone except Ande following the straight and narrow (unless they are stealing food from the counter, of which she fully approves). She is a sweet cuddler, confidently reserved, intuitive, and funny. Her amazing focus and strong work ethic help her to excel as a working dog in both sledding and agility.
Did she come from white parents?

Calli’s dam, Hurricane Hunter, and her grandmother, Romano’s Tundra, were both buff. Her sire, GreatMountain Bering Downeast, is a very typey tawny with black mask. You can see pictures of them on the Hurricane and GreatMountain websites. All have superb structure and movement, which has been passed down through Calli to her pups and grandpups.
